JFH Management Company, Inc., a division of JSHHS, offers an affordable apartment building, Saltzman House, on the east side of Cherry Hill, right behind the Jewish Community Center.

For those who are self-sufficient, or require a handicapped accessible apartment, our affordably priced senior communities offer one-bedroom and studio apartments with a full activity program, as well as a hot, Kosher lunch program.

Our community is conveniently located close to everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. Plus, the community is on the local township bus line, so transportation is readily available.

To be eligible to live in our community, you or a spouse must be 62 years of age and must meet income qualification guidelines.
